Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket

We can not put in to words how great and enjoyable our 6 night stay at Radisson was. Our children had the best time, made the most of the pool and water slide and really loved Kids World as well. We were able to get a massage at Destination Spa while the kids were at Kids World and highly recommend Destination Spa to anyone staying here that wants a massage. The staff were amazing, super helpful, extremely friendly and huge shout out to the manager who ensures his team are on point every day. They made our holiday so much more memorable!

The hotel infrastructure is excellent! It is huge, the room is huge, it has a pool, a place to do massage, a snooker table, etc.

I stayed here for 8 nights and my stay was wonderful, the place is quiet and the service is excellent from the rooms and the restaurant and the reception is very interactive and friendly especially lly and sia. I will definitely come back again (note Patong is 20 minutes away with the crowds but I don't have a problem because Kamala Beach is wonderful and quiet) only the furniture needs improvement but no problem it works perfectly and the bed is very comfortable?

Good value for money. Very clean and practical room design. Staff were good. The only downside to the hotel was the food and beverage service and options provided. We ordered a 12 inch pizza for Room Service which came in quite quickly but was a bit underdone ad the vegetables were crunchy and the base wasn’t fully cooked. The Breakfast buffet was the most disappointing as there were flies all around the soup section and things were not replenished on time. It wasn’t Radisson standards. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Piaméra who made each member of our family a personal Christmas card which was very thoughtful and very intricate. The pool area was clean, easy to access clean towels, and refreshing. We had a three bedroom suite which sold the hotel to me to accommodate the five people in my family. After a couple of issues with the air conditioning in some of the rooms, which was eventually sorted, we found the accommodation perfect and very roomy. Breakfast was varied and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes made to our specifications. We would recommend the resort to other family travellers.
